Free delivery for all orders over $150. Orders below this amount will incur a $10 flat rate delivery fee.

2. DO YOU SHIP TO A PO BOX ADDRESS?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO BOX addresses or parcel lockers at this point in time.

3. DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES?

We do. We now offer delivery to New Zealand at a flat rate of $50AUD.

4. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please Contact us within 7 working days of placing your order so we can investigate.

9. WHAT IS THE STANDARD MATTRESS HEIGHT?

The standard mattress height is 55cm. This is measured from the top of the mattress down to the floor. All Bianca bedspreads are made to fit this standard mattress height.

10. DOES BIANCA MAKE CUSTOM SIZE BEDSPREADS?

Unfortunately, Bianca does not make custom size bedspreads. We only make standard size bedspreads to fit Australian mattresses with a height of 55cm.

11. I HAVE A FOUR POSTER BED FRAME, WHAT STYLE BEDSPREAD WOULD BEST SUIT MY BED?

Our fitted style bedspreads that have a “split corner” are best suited to a four-poster bed frame or foot end.

12. I WANT TO PURCHASE A BIANCA BEDSPREAD OR COVERLET WITH STANDARD PILLOW SHAMS. DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE THE PILLOW SHAMS SEPERATELY?

No, all Bianca bedspreads and coverlets that have standard pillow shams available will come included with the bedspread/coverlet.

13. DOES BIANCA SELL ANY SUPER KING SIZE PRODUCTS?

Yes, Bianca sells a large range of Super King Size quilt cover sets, coverlet sets, sheet sets, quilts, mattress toppers, mattress protectors and blankets.

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, all items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. Free delivery for all orders over $150. Orders below this amount will incur a $10 flat rate delivery fee.

We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. We can deliver to your home or office.

To guarantee delivery, there must be someone to receive the goods between 9am – 5pm. Alternatively, you can select “Authority to Leave” the goods unattended, this will however void your warranty and neither Bianca nor our courier can be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your item.

Shipping includes full insurance for products that are lost or damaged during transit.

Return's Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in original condition; not used, washed or laundered, all original labels must be attached to the item, the original packaging is sent back with the goods and you provide an original Bianca tax invoice as proof of purchase.

The 30 day Love It or Return It Guarantee will commence the day that the customer takes delivery of the product.

Delivery charges will not be refunded.
